Computational approaches to analyze various drug/ compound centered analysis often present a need to map attributes from multiple drug databases. In this study, we provide a Neo4j repository that integrates two of the most prominent open source drug databases, DrugBank and ChEMBL, with a goal of establishing an integrated data visualization and analysis tool for drug discovery studies. The drugs present in DrugBank are mapped to their counterparts in ChEMBL. The integration of these resources and the harmonization using knowledge graph serialization using Neo4j lead to identification of relationships between drugs and other related features that are otherwise spread across two different resources. A common data format, a prerequisite to populate the Neo4j database, enables users to identify new relationships central to drug discovery research, like Drug Target Interactions (DTI). The resource is freely available at: https://github.com/ambf0632/CompoundDB4j.

Background: Asthma self-management is an effective approach that empowers patients with asthma to control their condition and reduce its impact on their daily lives.
Objective: This systematic review aims to synthesize evidence regarding the knowledge, perceptions, facilitators, and barriers related to asthma self-management among patients.
Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted across five databases (PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar) using specific key terms.

Objectives: This study aimed to explore the potential mechanisms of TMF (5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone) in treating osteoarthritis (OA) using network pharmacology and molecular docking.
Materials And Methods: Databases including SwissTargetPrediction, BATMAN-TCM, PharmMapper, TargetNet, SuperPred, and SEA were utilized to screen the targets of TMF. "OA" was used as the disease keyword to predict OA-related genes through GeneCards, Therapeutic Target Database, PharmGKB, Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man, and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database.

Background: is a conditionally pathogenic bacterium that is inherently resistant to polymyxin and tigecycline, largely due to antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). These ARGs can be horizontally transferred to other bacteria, raising concerns about the Inc plasmid-mediated ARG transmission from , which poses a serious public health threat. This study aims to investigate the presence of Inc plasmid types in pig-derived in Kunming, Yunnan, China.

Introduction: Care transitions, specifically hospital discharge, hold a risk for drug-related problems and medication errors. Effective interventions that optimise medication use during and after transitions are needed, yet there is no standardisation of the outcomes. This literature review aimed at collecting outcomes from studies investigating how to optimise medication use of patients following hospital discharge, and to categorise them, as a first step in the development of a core outcome set.

Background: Healthcare providers (HCP) face various stressful conditions in hospitals that result in the development of anxiety disorders. However, due to heavy workloads, they often miss the opportunity for self-care. Any effort to diminish this problem improves the quality of Healthcare providers and enhances patient safety.
