Purpose: This study aimed to explore the narratives of people with acquired brain injury (ABI) who participated in the Unmasking Brain Injury project. Through this inquiry, the multifaceted nature of wellbeing after ABI was described in the narratives, which were characterized by identifying facilitators and barriers to overall wellness.
Methods: A mixed-methods approach was utilized for this study.

Cost reduction is an often-cited reason to use telemedicine. In assessing telemedicine's cost and value, providers often turn to published cost analyses in the scientific literature for guidance. In this commentary on existing telemedicine cost analysis literature, we discuss the generalizability of these analyses and identify the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research framework to help assess the applicability of a given cost analysis using inner- and outer-setting constructs.

Purpose: The palliative phase of a patient's life is often characterized by disease complexity, increasing the need for holistic care, support for the patient's relatives, and the up-to-date knowledge of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Physicians in nursing homes have the main responsibility for providing palliative care to vulnerable and fragile patients.
