LW domain is the N-terminal domain I of transcription elongation factor TFIIS, which is a component of RNA polymerase II (Pol II) preinitiation complexes (PICs). Here, we report the resonance assignments of TFIIS LW domain from Homo sapiens for further understanding of the relationship between its structure and function.

Purpose: Microvascular invasion (MVI) serves as a significant predictor of poor prognosis in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). This study aims to establish a comprehensive model utilizing MR radiomics for preoperative MVI status stratification and outcome prediction in ICC patients.
Materials And Methods: A total of 249 ICC patients were randomly assigned to training and validation cohorts (174:75), along with a time-independent test cohort consisting of 47 ICC patients.

Cembranoid diterpenes are characteristic compounds of soft corals with diverse structures and significant activities, making them an important source of drug lead compounds. In this paper, five new cembranoid diterpenes, meijicrassolins A-E (-), were isolated from the soft coral , along with five previously reported compounds (-). The structures and absolute configuration for new compounds - were assigned by extensive spectroscopic analysis, single-crystal X-ray crystallography, quantum mechanical nuclear magnetic resonance (QM-NMR), and time-dependent density functional theory/electronic circular dichroism (TDDFT/ECD) calculations.

Detailed DFT studies of H and C NMR chemical shifts of hydroxy secondary oxidation products of various geometric isomers of conjugated linolenic acids methyl esters are presented. Several low energy conformers were identified for model compounds of the central dienenol OH moiety, which were found to be practically independent on the various functionals and basis sets used. This greatly facilitated the minimization process of the geometric isomers of conjugated linolenic acids methyl esters.
