In this study, a novel catalyst based on hydroxyapatite doped by cobalt for chemiluminescence reaction of luminol oxidation by HO was suggested for the first time. The catalyst nanoparticles were synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by various methods including density functional theory calculations. The impact of nanoparticles sizes, surface composition, contact efficiency and crystallinity on chemiluminescence intensity were investigated. The maximum chemiluminescence intensity was obtained for polycrystalline nanoparticles. This phenomenon was studied in detail and applied for chemiluminescence analysis for the first time. The chemiluminescence determination of sulfonamides as model analytes was considered. The sensing was based on sulfonamides-dependent quenching of the chemiluminescence intensity in the presence of novel catalyst existed as an aqueous suspension.

It is of great significance to develop sensors for trace pesticide residues detection in food. Herein, an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor with high sensitivity for the detection of methyl parathion (MP) was constructed by combining of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme-inhibited reaction with tris-2,2'-bipyridyl ruthenium Ru(bpy) -triethylamine (TEA) system for the first time. A new ECL probe of MIL-100 loaded with Ru(bpy) (Ru-MIL-100) was synthesized, and then Ru-MIL-100 and AChE were immobilized on the electrode with Nafion.

New tetrakis Eu and Gd β-diketonate complexes containing benzimidazolium (Bzim) as the counterion were synthesized by the one-pot method. The Bzim[Eu(tta)]·HO complex was further incorporated into a poly(methyl methacrylate) matrix (PMMA) at 1, 5, and 10% (w/w), which revealed highly desirable photonic features. The Eu and Gd complexes were characterized by elemental and thermal analyses, in addition to ESI-MS spectrometry, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy.

Ln-MOFs, composed of lanthanide ions and functional organic ligands, are porous materials with tunable structures and unique luminescent properties. However, the interplay between ligand AIE properties and the framework's "antenna effect" on MOF morphology is understudied. Here, Tb-D-Cam-TPTB was synthesized via solvothermal method using TPTB (persulfurated arene) as the primary ligand, D-Cam as the auxiliary ligand, and Tb3+ as the metal ion.

Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, Al. Lotników 32/46, Warsaw 02-668, Poland.

The photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectra of the CsZrCl crystal over a wide range of pressures were studied in this work for the first time. PL measurements were performed up to 10 GPa, while the Raman spectra were measured up to 20 GPa. The PL data revealed a linear blue shift of the emission maximum from about 2.
