We develop flexible multiparameter regression (MPR) survival models for interval-censored survival data arising in longitudinal prospective studies and longitudinal randomised controlled clinical trials. A multiparameter Weibull regression survival model, which is wholly parametric, and has nonproportional hazards, is the main focus of the article. We describe the basic model, develop the interval-censored likelihood, and extend the model to include gamma frailty and a dispersion model. We evaluate the models by means of a simulation study and a detailed reanalysis of data from the Signal Tandmobiel study. The results demonstrate that the MPR model with frailty is computationally efficient and provides an excellent fit to the data.

Brain aging is an inevitable process in adulthood, yet there is a lack of objective measures to accurately assess its extent. This study aims to develop brain age prediction model using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which includes structural information of gray matter and integrity information of white matter microstructure. Multiparameter MRI was performed on two population cohorts.

Background: The liver, as the main target organ for hematogenous metastasis of colorectal cancer, early and accurate prediction of liver metastasis is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Herein, this study aims to investigate the application value of a combined machine learning (ML) based model based on the multiparameter magnetic resonance imaging for prediction of rectal metachronous liver metastasis (MLM).
Aim: To investigate the efficacy of radiomics based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging images of preoperative first diagnosed rectal cancer in predicting MLM from rectal cancer.

Introduction: Immunotherapy targeting PD-1/PD-L1 shows significant benefits in lung cancer. Cutaneous immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are frequent, early-developing side effects of ICIs, and their potential role as prognostic markers in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) therapy requires further exploration.
Methods: Data of patients with NSCLC treated with camrelizumab Combined with chemotherapy were collected at Xuzhou Medical University from 2019 to 2023.

Background: Accurate prediction of prognosis in transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) is crucial for optimal treatment selection, including tafamidis, the only approved therapy for ATTR-CM. Although tafamidis has been proven to improve prognosis, the long-term serial changes in comprehensive parameters related to ATTR-CM, including cardiac biomarkers and imaging parameters, under tafamidis remain unknown.
Methods And Results: In this study, we used Cox regression analysis on data from 258 consecutive patients diagnosed with ATTR-CM at Kumamoto University to determine prognostic factors.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore a combined transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) and radiomics model for predicting tumor regression grade (TRG) after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NCRT) in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC).
Methods: Among 190 patients with LARC, 53 belonged to GRG and 137 to PRG. Eight TRUS parameters were identified as statistically significant (P < 0.
