Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effects of psychodrama group sessions on the psychological wellbeing of university students.
Design And Methods: The study included a sample of 30 undergraduate students (divided into one intervention group and one control group). Data were collected using a Personal Information Form and the Psychological Wellbeing Scale.
Findings: There was a statistically significant difference between the pretest and 12-month scores for participants in the psychodrama group within the "Environmental Mastery" dimension (P < .05).
Practice Implications: Psychodrama group therapy can be used to improve psychological wellbeing levels among university students.
