Background: This study aimed to identify the clinical characteristics of cases that is related to the response rate of adalimumab (ADA) treatment.
Methods: A retrospective review of medical records was conducted for pediatric patients with non-infectious uveitis undergoing ADA treatment for a minimum of six months. The patients were stratified into two groups: those with anterior segment inflammation (ASI+) and those without anterior segment inflammation (ASI-).

Borderline ovarian tumors (BOTs) are rare in pediatric populations and typically follow an indolent clinical course with few reported recurrences. Consequently, guidelines for pediatric BOT management are minimal. Single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy with double-channel anastomosis (SILT-DT) is a minimally invasive surgical approach for treating proximal gastric cancer. This technique includes comprehensive laparoscopic resection of the proximal stomach, lymph node dissection, and double-tract anastomosis. By integrating single-port laparoscopic surgery with an auxiliary operating hole, SILT-DT reduces procedural difficulty while facilitating the placement of an abdominal drainage tube.
