Background: Defect closure with mesh suture is a novel technique for hernia repair. Originally described as the construction of lightweight macroporous polypropylene mesh strips as a suture material, it is now available as an FDA-approved product. Mesh suture better distributes tensile forces and reduces fascial tearing compared to traditional suture but requires less implanted material and tissue dissection compared to planar mesh.

Introduction: Unplanned, delayed readmissions (>30 ds) following oncologic surgeries can increase mortality and care costs and affect hospital quality indices. However, there is a dearth of literature on rectal cancer surgery. Introduction: Chlorfenapyr, a broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide of the pyrrole-class pesticides, can induce dizziness, fatigue, profuse sweating, and altered consciousness by interfering with cell energy metabolism. However, chlorfenapyr-related rhabdomyolysis has rarely been reported.
Case Presentations: Patient 1 was a healthy 26-year-old man who ingested approximately 30 mL of chlorfenapyr.

Chronic granulomatous disease is the inborn error of immunity with the highest frequency of invasive aspergillosis. In this context, invasive aspergillosis is frequent in adolescence, with rare cases before one year of age. We present a case of chronic granulomatous disease and invasive aspergillosis in a four-month-old infant.
