Background: This study investigated the clinical efficacy of Double INFIX for the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.
Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 23 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated using the Double INFIX minimally invasive technique. The cohort included five cases of Tile B1 type, eight cases of B2 type, six cases of B3 type, three cases of C1 type and one case of type C2.

Background: Coccydynia is a condition characterized by pain and tenderness in the coccyx region of the spine. Chronic coccydynia (≥3-months) management remains a clinical challenge. Radiofrequency neurotomy (RFN) targeting the sacrococcygeal joint (SCJ) and/or 1st intercoccygeal joint (ICJ) margins has emerged as an alternative, minimally invasive intervention for refractory coccydynia.

Background: Total sacrectomy is a technically demanding surgery with substantial risks, including high morbidity and mortality due to the likelihood of exsanguination. Despite the evolution of surgical techniques, the incidence of postoperative complications remains significant. This study presents a systematic approach to total sacrectomy, with a particular focus on a modified technique for isolating the iliac vessels, aimed at effective management of complex sacrococcygeal masses and the reduction of operative complications.

Vein ligation for veno-occlusive erectile dysfunction is being abandoned due to the recurrence rate. Among the reasons for failure is inability to ligate the deep system of veins; the internal pudendal vein. The vein exits the pelvis in the gluteal region, from the lesser sciatic foramen to the greater sciatic foramen, coursing over the ischial spine and sacro-spinous ligament, under the gluteus maximus.
