Reflexivity is a key skill required to engage in culturally safe practice, however, there is currently limited literature examining how reflexivity is taught or assessed within cultural safety curricula. Objective: To characterize the points and counterpoints in the development of interdisciplinarity in the nursing technical training.
Method: This is an exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach conducted through interviews with 30 teachers and coordinators of nursing technical courses from 12 different regions of the state of São Paulo. Data analysis was performed through theme-based content analysis.
