Article Abstract

Six new -inositol derivatives (-) were isolated from the leaves of collected in Vietnam. Their chemical structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS analyses. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory activity against lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in the RAW 264.7 macrophage cell line. Compound exhibited potent inhibitory activity for NO production with an IC value of 7.1 μM.
