Angiotensin Receptor Neprilysin Inhibitor (ARNI) has not shown to be promising in Heart failure with preserved LVEF. Role of ARNI in Right ventricular systolic dysfunction with preserved LVEF needs to be evaluated. We took 50 patients with isolated RV systolic dysfunction and divided them into two groups of 25 patients each- Conventional treatment and ARNI in addition to conventional treatment.

Its prevalence and severity increase in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetes mellitus, and heart failure (HF), particularly when compounded by medications like Angiotensin converting inhibitors, Angiotensin receptor blockers, and potassium sparing diuretics.

Rationale: One of the most debilitating drawbacks of cisplatin chemotherapy is neurotoxicity which elicits memory impairment and cognitive dysfunction (chemobrain). This is primarily triggered by oxidative stress and inflammation. Captopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, has been reported as a neuroprotective agent owing to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

We aimed to test whether angiotensin II infusion during intermittent hemodialysis is safe, feasible, and effective in the attenuation of muscle cramps.
Methods: We performed a pilot, single-blinded, randomized crossover trial of patients receiving intermittent hemodialysis who frequently experience intradialytic muscle cramps.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) presents a wide spectrum of symptoms, the causes of which remain poorly understood. This study explored the associations between autoantibodies (AABs), particularly those targeting G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and renin‒angiotensin system (RAS) molecules, and the clinical manifestations of COVID-19. Using a cross-sectional analysis of 244 individuals, we applied multivariate analysis of variance, principal component analysis, and multinomial regression to examine the relationships between AAB levels and key symptoms.
