The authors record a case of semi-delayed hypersensitivity to sausage dust in an employee of a wholesale pork butcher and curing business. The symptoms combined cough and fever with rigors; there were no clinical or laboratory data to suggest alveolar disease. The immunoallergic "work-up" suggested a precipitin mediated disease with notably 10-14 precipitation arcs to the products of sausage sweepings. A microbiological analysis of the flora of the sausages, as well as an extensive search for precipitins and cutaneous tests have not enabled us to confirm the antigen responsible with certainty.

Hypersensitivity to corticosteroids is a classical but rarely reported event. We report a 30-year-old patient who developed generalized urticaria after her first methylprednisolone bolus. We reviewed the relevant literature to look for factors associated with hypersensitivity to corticosteroids.

We report a case of extrinsic allergic alveolitis, provoked by Deterzyme, a product used in dermatology for the cleaning of cutaneous sores, and containing fractions of protolytic enzymes and amylases of Aspergillus oryzae. The diagnosis was based on the positive precipitins to an extract of antigen of the product as well as positive bronchial provocation tests (semi-delayed) and the disappearance of the symptomatology without any sequelae following cessation of exposure to the risk.

We report the case of 8 children (whose ages ranged between 2 and 7) who consulted us because of urticaria, accompanied by angioedema in 5 of the cases. An additives study was performed based on a habitual program. Sodium bisulfite hypersensitivity was detected with oral provocation test with doses of 5 and 25 mgs.
