Background: Approximately 103 million people across the globe suffer from symptomatic lumbar spinal stenosis, impacting their health and quality of life. The unilateral biportal endoscopic technique is effective for treating single-segment degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis and is seen as a viable alternative to traditional open lumbar laminectomy. However, research on the application of this technique for multilevel lumbar spinal stenosis remains lacking.

Three cases of AKLL were collected from April 2021 to October 2023 at the Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Changsha, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, Hangzhou and Ningbo Clinical Pathology Diagnosis Center, Ningbo, China. Objective: To compare the demographic and clinical profiles of oral lichen planus (OLP) and oral lichenoid lesions (OLL) diagnosed at a reference center in Southern Brazil from 2010 to 2019.
Methods: This retrospective study included 117 cases of suspected OLP submitted for biopsy. Investigated variables comprised sociodemographic profiles, medical history, harmful habits, clinical characteristics, and histopathological features.
