Understanding cellular responses to external stimuli is critical for parsing biological mechanisms and advancing therapeutic development. High-content image-based assays provide a cost-effective approach to examine cellular phenotypes induced by diverse interventions, which offers valuable insights into biological processes and cellular states. In this paper, we introduce MorphoDiff, a generative pipeline to predict high-resolution cell morphological responses under different conditions based on perturbation encoding.

Lead (Pb), a highly toxic heavy metal, poses a significant global health risk, particularly to children. Widely used in paint manufacturing for its remarkable corrosion-resistance properties Pb exposure has been linked to severe health issues, including reduced neurotransmitter levels, organ damage, potentially leading to death in extreme cases. Children Are particularly vulnerable, with Pb toxicity primarily affecting the brain, reproductive, kidneys, and cardiovascular systems.

Introduction: Total hip arthroplasty has been associated with the onset of low back pain, which can significantly impact patients' quality of life. However, a detailed evaluation of the time until the onset of long-term low back pain following total hip arthroplasty remains largely unknown. This study aimed to explore the relationship between total hip arthroplasty and the development of long-term lower back pain.
