Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in the field of new energy vehicles and energy storage. Understanding the electrode reaction of lithium-ion batteries is the key to improve their cycle life and safety. Direct measurement of thermodynamic data of the electrode reaction is a practical, economical, and nondestructive method for electrode characterization. In this paper, the open-circuit voltage of the LiNiMnO/Li half-cell is measured at different discharge states and different temperatures. The d/d-SOD (state of discharge) relation curves are fitted linearly by the least square method, and the entropy change values of different SODs are calculated. Finally, the Gibbs free energy and enthalpy change of different SODs are obtained. The electrode reaction of LiNiMnO in different SODs was discussed by the entropy change in different SODs. According to the evolution trend of Δ, the lithium intercalation reaction of LiNiMnO may be a single-phase solid solution reaction rather than a two-phase reaction. Finally, the reversible heat generation at different current values and SODs are calculated.

The observed Curie-Weiss temperature is about -1 K, implying an antiferromagnetic coupling between the Yb moments.

Objectives: This study examines employment responses to a partner's disability onset and how this is moderated by working conditions: job satisfaction and psychosocial job demands.

Methods: We use longitudinal nationally representative data from the English Longitudinal Study of Aging. Following the health shock literature, we identify individuals whose partners report the onset of difficulties in activities of daily living (ADL) or instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) between two waves (n=1,020) as experiencing a 'care shock'.

The interaction mechanism of tigecycline with γ-globulin and hemoglobin in the absence and presence of amikacin was investigated through multipectral, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation. The results show that tigecycline and γ-globulin/hemoglobin forms a ground state complex without or with amikacin. The presence of amikacin slightly increases the binding constant of tigecycline to γ-globulin/hemoglobin, but all are of moderate binding affinity, at 10 L mol.
