Purpose: We aimed to analyze frequently searched questions through Google's "People Also Ask" feature related to four common treatments for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH): the Pavlik harness, rhino brace, closed reduction surgery and open reduction surgery.
Methods: Search terms for each treatment were entered into Google Web Search using a clean-install Google Chrome browser. The top frequently asked questions and associated websites were extracted.

Background: The Fontan operation is associated with chronic venous hypertension, liver and renal disease, and several other sequelae. The alterative surgical approach, when feasible, a biventricular conversion (BiV), may diminish some of these long-term risks.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare long-term outcomes of patients undergoing BiV with those undergoing a destination Fontan operation.

Background: The increasing need for child care is placing a burden on parents, including those with children with autism.
Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the employment status of Chinese mothers and fathers with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as to investigate the factors that affected their employment decisions.
Methods: An online national survey was completed by the parents of 5018 children and adolescents with ASD aged 2-17 years (4837 couples, 181 single mothers, and 148 single fathers).

We aimed to characterise the medical and social complexities experienced by Inuit children and their families from Nunavut who were cared for at a general paediatrics clinic at an urban tertiary-level hospital located in Eastern Ontario. A retrospective chart review of this cohort was completed between 2016 and 2019. Two independent reviewers extracted data from charts.

In the rooming-in system, mothers and their healthy newborns stay together for 24 h a day; however, many women in the early postpartum period often find it challenging to balance their recovery from childbirth with the demands of caring for their newborns. This study aims to investigate the need for postpartum women to entrust their newborns to medical staff for care, and the relationship of this need with perceived pain, fatigue, and anxiety. The study uses the Need to Entrust a Newborn under the Care of the Staff (NEN) scale and the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) to assess participants' levels of pain, fatigue and anxiety.
