We analyze a new model for growing networks, the constrained Leath invasion percolation model. Cluster dynamics are characterized by bursts in space and time. The model quantitatively reproduces the observed frequency-magnitude scaling of earthquakes in the limit that the occupation probability approaches the critical bond percolation probability in d=2. The model may have application to other systems characterized by burst dynamics.

One reason arid and semi-arid environments have been used to store waste is due to low groundwater recharge, presumably limiting the potential for meteoric water to mobilize and transport contaminants into groundwater. The U.S.

The concept of functional localization within the brain and the associated risk of resecting these areas during removal of infiltrating tumors, such as diffuse gliomas, are well established in neurosurgery. Global efficiency (GE) is a graph theory concept that can be used to simulate connectome disruption following tumor resection. Structural connectivity graphs were created from diffusion tractography obtained from the brains of 80 healthy adults.

Injectable thermogel constructed from self-assembled polyurethane micelle networks for 3D cell culture and wound treatment.

Injectable hydrogels have attracted significant interest in the biomedical field due to their minimal invasiveness and accommodation of intricate scenes. Herein, we developed an injectable polyurethane-based thermogel platform by modulating the hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance of the segmented components with pendant PEG. The thermogelling behavior is achieved by a combination of the bridging from the hydrophilic PEG and the percolated network from the hydrophobic micelle core.

The investigation into the resilience of the carbon flux network regarding its capability to sustain the normal flow and transformation of carbon under extreme climatic events, pollutant emissions, biological invasions, and other factors, and the stability of connections between its nodes, has not yet been deeply studied. In this study, we developed carbon flux network models for various regional lands using complex networks, percolation theory, and introducing time delay effects using carbon flux daily data from 2000 to 2019 for three regions: China, the mainland United States, and Europe, to measure the resilience of finite clusters with sizes greater than or equal to s of the carbon flux network under localized attack. The analysis revealed that the carbon flux networks in different regions are characterized by a degree distribution consistent with the Poisson distribution.

Background And Aim: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly invasive type of breast cancer with a poor prognosis. Currently, there are no effective management strategies for TNBC. Earlier, our lab reported the percolation of for the treatment of breast cancer.
