Background: Locally advanced periorbital cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) may require orbital exenteration, which is highly morbid. As immunotherapy develops, orbit preservation may become widespread, and data benchmarking survival with current standard-of-care surgery and radiotherapy are essential to the integration of this emerging method into modern treatment paradigms. This study aimed to determine the survival of patients after orbital exenteration for cSCC and investigate contributing factors.

Background: There is no consensus regarding the indication for postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) for T1- and T2-classified squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the external auditory canal (EAC) even with negative surgical margins. This study aimed to evaluate whether PORT provides additional benefits for these cases.
Methods: We collected retrospective data from fourteen international hospitals, including resected pT1- and pT2-classified EAC SCC with negative surgical margins.

Purpose: We describe a case of metastatic conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) presenting as an infectious sclerokeratouveitis in a patient with autoimmune disease.
Observations: A 63-year-old Caucasian female presented to the cornea service with a raised perilimbal scleral infiltrate, hypopyon, and corneal perforation concerning for infectious necrotizing sclerokeratoveitis. She had an ocular history of a recurrent "pyogenic granuloma" and her medical history was notable for well-controlled systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis.

Objective: In this study, we aimed to identify novel biomarkers related to Peripheral Neural Invasion (PNI) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Methods: The PNI-related differentially expressed mRNAs (DE-mRNAs) in HNSCC were identified to construct a PNI-related risk score model. The expression level and ROC curve for Tachykinin Precursor 1 (TAC1) were calculated.

Purpose: We assessed whether NICD1 expression, c-MYC expression, and P63 expression by immunohistochemistry (IHC) correlate with prognosis and high-risk clinicopathological features in lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC).
Methods: Records of patients with lacrimal gland ACC who underwent surgery between 1998 to 2018 were reviewed. Clinicopathologic and treatment data were collected.
