Pediatric liver transplantation (PLT) is a life-saving procedure for children with end-stage liver disease. Purpose: Approximately 20% of all breast cancer cases are classified as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which represents the most challenging subtype due to its poor prognosis and high metastatic rate. Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), the main component extracted from propolis, has been reported to exhibit anticancer activity across various tumor cell types. This study aimed to investigate the effects and mechanisms of CAPE on TNBC.

Background: Airport security is still a main concern for assuring passenger safety and stopping illegal activity. Dual-energy X-ray Imaging (DEXI) is one of the most important technologies for detecting hidden items in passenger luggage. However, noise in DEXI images, arising from various sources such as electronic interference and fluctuations in X-ray intensity, can compromise the effectiveness of object identification.

It is difficult to distinguish Parkinson's disease (PD) in the early stage from those of various disorders including atypical Parkinson's syndrome (APS), vascular parkinsonism (VP), and even essential tremor (ET), because of the overlap of symptoms. Other, more challenging problems will arise when Parkinson's disease develops into Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD) in the middle and late stages. At this time, the differential diagnosis of PDD and DLB becomes thorny.
