Vesicular and papillovesicular thyroid cancers provoke metastases in bone, but also of the pseudo-aneurysmal lymph node type. When the latter develop in the craniocervical region, they are often diagnosed as vascular tumors (arteriovenous malformation, glomus tumor). It is now possible, by embolization, to excise these lesions although this involves therapeutic audacity.
