This article presents the results of the UK extension of a previously conducted global Delphi panel on generalised pustular psoriasis (GPP). Five UK based dermatologists experienced in GPP management have expressed their level of agreement on 101 questionnaire statements addressing four aspects of GPP: clinical course and flare definition, diagnosis, treatment goals, and holistic management. Consensus was achieved for 89 of 101 statements (88%).

Introduction: An artificial intelligence as a medical device (AIaMD), built on convolutional neural networks, has demonstrated high sensitivity for melanoma. To be of clinical value, it needs to safely reduce referral rates. The primary objective of this study was to demonstrate that the AIaMD had a higher rate of correctly classifying lesions that did not need to be referred for biopsy or urgent face-to-face dermatologist review, compared to teledermatology standard of care (SoC), while achieving the same sensitivity to detect malignancy.

Background: Alopecia describes a group of dermatological conditions characterised by hair loss, which are either non-scarring or scarring in nature, and range from bald patches to complete body hair loss, to general thinning. In the UK, the General Practitioner (GP) is typically the first point of contact, and some patients are referred for specialist dermatology consultation. However, little is known about how individuals with alopecia in the UK experience the care provided by the National Health Service.
