The presence of cell surface protein CD47 allows cancer cells to evade innate and adaptive immune surveillance resulting in metastatic spread. CD47 binds to and activates SIRPα on the surface of myeloid cells, inhibiting their phagocytic activity. On the other hand, CD47 binds the matricellular protein Thrombospondin-1, limiting T-cell activation.

CDK 4/6 inhibitors have demonstrated significant improved survival for patients with estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer (BC). However, the ability of these promising agents to inhibit bone metastasis from either ER+ve or triple negative BC (TNBC) remains to be established. Behcet's disease is a multi-systemic inflammatory disease with a clinical spectrum as a triple complex of recurrent oral, genital ulcers, and uveitis. Cardiac involvement in patients with Behcet's disease is extremely rare and often associated with poor prognosis. Behcet's disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of right ventricular mass especially in young adults, even there is no typical clinical features of Behcet's disease.
