Ureteral metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is rare and usually confined to the ipsilateral ureter. In literature, about 50 cases have been reported so far. Of these, only 14 metastasized metachronously to the contralateral ureter.

Rationale: Regorafenib is effective for metastatic colorectal cancer but its toxicity such as hemorrhage should be considered. The safety of regorafenib for the patient with the liver disease is not known.
Patient Concerns: Seventy-one-year old man of colon cancer had myodesopsia and blood stool after 14 days from the initiation of regorafenib administration with 50% dose reduction due to liver dysfunction.
Cavernous angiomas are central nervous system malformations. Most common manifestations are seizures and acute focal neurological deficits. We present a case report of a seventy-one year-old man with a two-month history of behavior changes, attention deficit and indifference followed by gait unsteadiness.

Primary liposarcoma of the spermatic cord (LSC) is a rare neoplasm; there are fewer than 100 cases reported in the English literature worldwide. A seventy-one year-old man, who had undergone radical retropubic prostatectomy (RRP) for localized prostate cancer in November 2004, noticed the enlargement of a mass in the left scrotum. Subsequently he underwent a biopsy of the lesion, which documented suspicion of leiomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord.
