Introduction: Tissue surrounding the superficial inferior epigastric vein (SIEV) can be harvested for vascularised lymph node transfer (vLNT) for the treatment of lymphoedema. The aim of this study is to define the anatomical relationship of lymph nodes surrounding the SIEV.
Methods: Twenty-five fresh-frozen cadaveric groin specimens were harvested en bloc to the level of the deep fascia along the following anatomical boundaries, yielding quadrilateral tissue blocks: pubic tubercle (medial), anterior superior iliac spine (lateral), 5 cm superior and inferior to the inguinal ligament. The SIEV was marked at its entry point with the femoral vein. Specimens were oriented, secured and fixed in formaldehyde and analysed using longitudinal slices at 3 mm intervals.
Results: A total of 86 lymph nodes were identified. The average position of lymph nodes examined was 0.4 cm medial and 3.2 cm inferior to the mid-inguinal point.
Clinical Relevance: An improved understanding of the anatomical locations of lymph nodes surrounding the SIEV will allow a more purposeful harvest during vLNT, allowing a greater number of lymph nodes to be captured whilst limiting donor site morbidity.

Purpose Of Review: Male breast cancer (MBC) is a rare entity which often arises in elderly people. Aim of this review is to evaluate the principal issues related to MBC in elderly, because the therapeutic management of disease is not only related to the biological behavior of the tumor, but also to the comorbidities and frailty of older population. A scoping literature review was performed on Pubmed and Cochrane Database using the following keywords: therapeutic management/ male/ breast cancer/ elderly patients.

Unlabelled: Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is the technique of choice in the management of early gastric cancer. Recently, it is also considered as an absolute indication in selected cases of early undifferentiated gastric cancer (U-EGC).
Objectives: In the present study, the first documented cases of ESD in patients with U-EGC are presented and analyzed.

Background: Laparoscopic-assisted single-port mediastinoscopic esophagectomy is a safe and effective emerging minimally invasive esophagectomy, but little has been reported about the learning curve for this technology. The goal of the study was to determine the number of procedures to achieve different levels of proficiency on the learning curve.
Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed data from consecutive surgeries performed by the same surgeon at the same center from 2016 to 2021.

Purpose: Immune checkpoint blockades (ICBs) are promising, however they do not fit all types of tumor, such as those lack of tumor antigens. Induction of potent anti-tumor T cell immunity is critical for cancer therapy. In this study, we investigated the efficacy of immunotherapy via the immunogenic cell death (ICD) dying tumor cells in mouse models of lung metastasis and tumorigenesis.

Introduction And Importance: Retiform hemangioendothelioma(RH) is a rare vascular tumor affecting patients over a wide age range without a gender predilection; only about 50 cases have been described so far.
Case Presentation: We report a case of submandibular retiform hemangioendothelioma in a 58-year-old woman who had been diagnosed with RH 20 years ago and had experienced recurrence four times during the past 20 years. This will increase the limited number of such cases in the hope of gaining a better understanding of this rare type of tumor.
