This article aims to introduce a novel full-endoscopic anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedure to treat cervical myelopathy. Adoption of endoscopic anterior cervical procedures has been lagging due to safety concerns and the necessity of placing an interbody cage. We have developed novel instrumentation and a modified percutaneous anterior cervical approach that allows a safe and reproducible full-endoscopic ACDF.

Background: Everyday life in residential long-term care is widely portrayed as boring. However, empirical evidence on this topic remains limited, particularly for the vulnerable group of people living with dementia. A better understanding of everyday life and the associated experiences of boredom could facilitate the development of practical strategies to reduce boredom in this target group.

This article aims to highlight high-quality observational and intervention studies focused on promoting psychological well-being among cardiac arrest (CA) survivors and their families. Following CA, many patients experience significant psychological distress, including depression, generalized anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Recent studies indicate that this distress can narrow patients' focus, resulting in heightened awareness of cardiac signals-such as fluctuations in heart rate or blood pressure-that lead to constant monitoring and increased anxiety.
