Introduction: The regional health agencies (ARS) and the regional Directorates for Youth, Sports and social cohesion (DRJSCS) must collaborate to define, together, the modalities for the implementation of the “Sport, Health and Wellness” plan. Then based on these modalities the actors “providers of physical and sporting activities, (APS)” acting as close to the population (local authorities and their groupings, schools, health, Medical-social, health-sector associations, sports, professionals, etc.) are invited to mobilize themselves to concretely deploy the aims of this plan.
Method: Based on a perspective of sociology of public action, the survey was built on an approach that helped to identify the different actors and their stance. 90 semi-directive interviews were conducted with the public and private actors involved in the implementation of this plan. This corpus was amended by a collection of sources targeted at the case studied and by a treatment of the literature in order to reinforce the results.
Results: Through the implementation of this plan, the central State promotes collaboration between public and private actors in different sectors. The plurality of interests at hand explains that the articulation of their ways of seeing and doing things remains a particularly complex operation.

We aimed to perform cross-cultural adaptation of the Interprofessional Collaboration Scale (IPC-BR) and to evaluate evidence of its validity for the Brazilian hospital context. The research consisted of six steps: translation of the instrument into the new language, synthesis of the translated versions, back-translation, synthesis of the versions in the original language, evaluation of the syntheses by an expert committee, and pilot testing or pretesting and validation of the internal structure of the items of the instrument. The pilot testing involved 4 translators, 14 judges, and 30 healthcare professionals; the validation of the internal structure involved 686 professionals including nurses, physicians and physiotherapists.

Background: As population aging intensifies, it becomes increasingly important to elucidate the casual relationship between aging and changes in population health. Therefore, our study proposed to develop a systematic attribution framework to comprehensively evaluate the health impacts of population aging.
Methods: We used health-adjusted life expectancy (HALE) to measure quality of life and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) to quantify the burden of disease for the population of Guangzhou.
