Fundamental principles for obtaining mass spectral isotopic distributions are applied to a general computer program that can be used to calculate and present in tabular and graphic form the isotopic contributions for any molecular formula. A unique feature is the retention of the isotopic distribution, exact mass, and absolute abundance for all individual peaks at each mass. Special considerations have been made for the large number of isotopic combinations that occur for many higher mass compounds. The computer program accepts the input of a molecular formula followed by interactive input of a number of parameters that affect the final presentation of the theoretical distribution profile.

The Sr/Sr isotope ratio has been widely used as an indicator of provenance and migration of aquatic animals, and has applications in other areas such as in environmental and forensic studies. However, the modeling of the spatial distribution in the Amazon basin is still incipient, preventing large-scale applications. In this study, we present a baseline of the Sr/Sr isotope ratio in surface waters of the Amazon basin to infer the provenance and migration patterns of fish.

Pterosaur remains are rare from the lowermost Cretaceous, hampering our understanding of the taxonomic and morphological diversities of pterosaurs during this period. The Lower Cretaceous Tugulu Group in Wuerho, China is renowned for hosting the Wuerho Pterosaurian Fauna (WPF), which has so far yielded numerous fossil remains of two dsungaripterid pterosaurs, Dsungaripterus weii and Noripterus complicidens. Here we report a partial ornithocheiromorph humerus from the WPF, representing a deeply divergent clade from Dsungaripteridae.

Background: Quantitative molecular imaging via single-photon emission computed tomography-derived standardised uptake value (SPECT/CT-SUV) is used to assess the response of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients to targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) with [Lu]Lu-PSMA. This imaging technique determines the radiopharmaceutical distribution and internal dosimetry in patients who receive TRT. However, there is limited evidence regarding the role of image quantification in monitoring changes induced by [Lu]Lu-PSMA.

Background: Programmed cell death 1/programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1)-based immune checkpoint blockade is an effective treatment approach for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, immunohistochemistry does not accurately or dynamically reflect PD-L1 expression owing to its spatiotemporal heterogeneity. Herein, we assessed the feasibility of using a Ga-labeled anti-PD-L1 nanobody, Ga-NODAGA-NM-01, for PET imaging of PD-L1.

To compare the diagnostic value of fluorine 18-labelled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/CT PRIMARY score and PSMA expression score for clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa). The data of 70 patients with prostate cancer who underwent radical prostatectomy at Beijing Hospital from February 1, 2019 to February 29, 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent whole body F-PSMA PET/CT examination before surgery and pathological large sections of prostate specimens were made after surgery.
