Wells' syndrome is a rare inflammatory disease characterized by recurrent, erythematous plaques with histological flame figures, which can be associated with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (IHES). We present a case of a nine-year-old boy who presented with a one-year history of an itchy rash on his legs associated with peripheral eosinophilia. The rash initially started as an annular plaque and developed raised borders with central hyperpigmentation.

Leprosy is an uncommon chronic mycobacterial infection in the United States caused by . There are two major forms of the infection, lepromatous leprosy and tuberculoid leprosy, with borderline forms of each. Leprosy is even more uncommon in the Northeastern United States and can present with various symptoms and skin findings, including erythematous or hypopigmented patches or plaques with accompanying hypoesthesia or anesthesia, anhidrosis, or alopecia.

Linear psoriasis (LP) represents a rare variant of psoriasis. The clinical presentation includes erythematous plaques distributed along the Blaschko lines, reflecting the presence of embryological mosaicism. The clinical and histopathological features of this condition show many similarities with inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN), which presents a challenge in differential diagnosis.

: Psoriasis is a skin disease characterized by the presence of erythematous, scaly plaques on the extensor surfaces of the body. Treatment varies according to the stage of the disease, with the most severe cases being treated with biologic treatments that differ in efficacy and persistence over time. This study aimed to evaluate the 10-year persistence of biologic drugs (adalimumab, etanercept, infliximab and ustekinumab) in the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
