While studying the specific variability of metabolism of the fasciolacide anthelmintic acemidophen, it is found that it possesses no mutagenic activity. This activity is peculiar to its metabolite-free amine L2, formed in mice organism by deacetylation. Thus, acemidophen is shown to be promutagen.

Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acquired hemophilia A (AHA) based on the analysis of clinical data.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations, laboratory characteristics, treatment, and outcomes of 25 patients diagnosed with AHA who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.
Results: Among all patients, 11 cases had secondary factors, including 5 cases of autoimmune diseases, 3 cases of pregnancy-related disease, 1 case of pemphigoid, 1 case of Graves' disease, and 1 case of monoclonal gammaglobulinemia of unknown significance (MGUS).

Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance combined with renal damage is named monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance. There are few reports about IgA vasculitis in patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. Here, we report a case of monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance, who had manifestations of IgA vasculitis, including purpura, gastrointestinal bleeding and joint pain.

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an autoimmune inflammatory disease that affects small- and medium-sized blood vessels in the body, representing a rare entity. Cardiac involvement was identified as an independent risk factor for death in GPA patients, yet it has not been systematically elucidated in previous literature. Cardiac lesions in patients with GPA can manifest in various ways, such as pericarditis, myocarditis, coronary vasculitis, valvular abnormalities, conduction system abnormalities, and heart failure.
