Objective: We studied whether Doppler flow measurements before initiation of induction of labor (IOL) can predict non-reassuring fetal heart rate (NRFHR) monitoring in women at 38-41 weeks of gestation.
Materials And Methods: We performed a prospective observational study in a single tertiary medical center between November 2017 and December 2019. Women undergoing induction of labor were included.

Quantifying proteins involved in the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) of drugs is essential to improve understanding of their disposition and pharmacokinetics. Proteomics, because of its great versatility, is a widely used approach for protein analysis. However, existing protocols face challenges, such as poor peptide identification in liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring mode as well as the time- and labor-intensive nature of detergent-engaged workflows.

Pregnancy-induced changes to spinal anatomy and physiology can increase the complexity of neurosurgical intervention in this population. There are numerous reports focused on the neurosurgical management of intracranial pathology for pregnant patients. However, less is known about the neurosurgical management of acute spinal pathology.

The objectives of this study were to describe maternal and neonatal outcomes in women with CF and the general Canadian maternal population (general population).
Methods: Maternal and neonatal clinical outcomes and healthcare utilization for in-hospital live births was retrieved from the Canadian Institute for Health Information's Discharge Abstract Database.

The capacity to forecast nonreassuring fetal heart (NFH) is essential for minimizing perinatal complications; therefore, this research aims to establish if a machine learning (ML) model can predict NFH. This was a retrospective analysis of information gathered from singleton cases over the gestational age of 28 weeks that sought vaginal delivery between January 2020 and January 2022. The information was acquired from the "Iranian Maternal and Neonatal Network.
