We report here a rare case of a concurrent occurrence of abscesses caused by  in the prostate, seminal vesicles, and epididymis. A 71-year-old male presented to our hospital with urinary retention, and an indwelling urethral catheter was inserted. He remained afebrile until a revisit one month later when he developed a fever and left scrotal swelling.

A male fetus at 20 weeks of gestation presented with severe bilateral hydroureteronephrosis and distended bladder due to a large ureterocele. A percutaneous ureterocele puncture at 21+3 weeks aimed to decompress the ureterocele, unclog the lower urinary tract, and prevent renal damage. Post-puncture, the ureterocele decompressed, with improved left hydronephrosis and a normal right kidney.

Background: Urocystolithiasis is a common problem in dogs; many canine uroliths are resistant to medical dissolution. Novel management options would expand, and in some cases improve, current urolith retrieval strategies.
