Case: A 58-year-old woman underwent successful reverse total shoulder arthroplasty for a proximal humerus fracture. Three years later, she sustained a periprosthetic humerus fracture after a fall and was treated conservatively. She healed with an abundance of callus and subsequently developed delayed-onset radial nerve palsy at 3 months, despite minimal change in humeral alignment and avoidance of the use of any compressive external braces or splints.
Conclusions: Minimally displaced periprosethetic humerus fractures can lead to delayed radial nerve palsy from callus entrapment, and there should be increased awareness of this potential complication when counseling and treating patients conservatively.

Intra-neural Ewing sarcoma is an extremely rare tumour and only a few isolated case reports exist in the literature. A 32-year-old South Asian male presented with wrist and finger drops of 3 months duration. Further evaluation with ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a tumour of the radial nerve in the arm.

Floating elbow is a complex and rare entity caused by high-energy trauma. In this paper, we present the case of a patient who suffered a traffic accident with severe head trauma, floating elbow (humeral diaphyseal fracture, radial proximal diaphyseal fracture, and ulnar segmental fracture) and radial nerve injury. Fixations were made with a humeral plate and intramedullary rods in the forearm.

Introduction: This study aims to summarize the retinal and choroidal microvascular features detected by optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) in the affected and fellow eyes of patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO).
Methods: A comprehensive search of the PubMed, Embase, and Ovid databases was conducted to identify studies comparing OCTA metrics among RVO, RVO-fellow, and control eyes. Outcomes of interest included parameters related to foveal avascular zone (FAZ) and fovea- and optic nerve head (ONH)-centered perfusion measurements of superficial capillary plexus (SCP), deep capillary plexus (DCP), and choriocapillaris layer.
