Background: Kidney transplantation (KTx) after urinary tract conversion surgery is extremely difficult due to several complications. In our case, KTx was performed after multiple operative procedures, including diversion urethrostomy.

Background: Quality of life for patients after ileocystoplasty or ureterostomy due to a urinary bladder neoplasm can be limited after discharge from the hospital.
Purpose: To add the real-time communication ability of an application (app) to the daily care of this patient population to enhance communication between doctors and patients and provide improved nursing interventions, thus improving patients' self-care abilities and quality of life while decreasing stoma complications.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the long-term effectiveness of augmentation ileocystoplasty (AI) associated with supra-trigonal cystectomy on clinical and urodynamic variables, and the safety of the intervention in individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI).
Materials And Methods: Single-center, retrospective study of all patients with SCI who underwent AI with supra-trigonal cystectomy from January 1994, with a follow-up of more than 8 years. The primary outcome was the sustained long-term effectiveness of AI with supra-trigonal cystectomy on clinical and urodynamic variables.

Objectives: To evaluate the outcomes of partial and total cystectomy in patients with refractory Hunner-type interstitial cystitis (HIC).
Methods: Patients with end-stage HIC who underwent supratrigonal partial cystectomy with augmentation ileocystoplasty (PC-CP) or total cystectomy with ileal conduit (TC-IC) were identified retrospectively. Changes in the 11-point numerical rating scale of bladder pain and in 7-grade quality of life (QOL) scores were evaluated.
