In order to coordinate with the overall conversion progress of IEC 60601-1, the third edition of the General Standard for Electrical Safety of Medical Electrical Equipment, this paper compares the differences between the two editions in the world and the current edition in China, and analyses the quotation of IEC 60601 series standards, and then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the conversion of the two editions. Finally, some suggestions for revision of the third edition of the standard are given, which is suitable for China's national conditions.

Study Objectives: Both the (ICSD) and the sleep-wake disorders section of the (DSM) emphasize the importance of clinical judgment in distinguishing the normal from the pathological in sleep medicine. The fourth edition of the DSM (DSM-IV, 1994) introduced the clinical significance criterion (CSC) to standardize this judgment and enhance diagnostic reliability.
Methods: This review conducts a theoretical and historical content analysis of CSC presence, frequency, and formulation in the diagnostic criteria of sleep disorders.

This study investigated the effects of prenatal exposure to Pb and Mn on neurodevelopment in children at 18 months of age, using data from 607 Italian mother-child pairs enrolled in the Northern Adriatic Cohort II (NAC-II). All children born at term (≥37 weeks) were assessed with the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, third edition.
