Left main coronary artery thrombus (LMCA-T) is a rare disease state and diagnosed with invasive coronary angiography (ICA). We present a case of LMCA-T diagnosed with coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) and treated without ICA in a patient who presented to a hospital in the middle of war zone in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan. Coronary CTA performed 1 month later demonstrated resolution of the thrombus. Fractional flow reserve computed from computed tomography (FFR-CT; HeartFlow, Redwood City, CA) performed retrospectively confirmed that the clot was not hemodynamically significant at the time of diagnosis. This case demonstrates the diagnostic capabilities of coronary CTA and FFR-CT when ICA is not readily available.

Purpose: Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a well described and potentially fatal complication of trastuzumab-deruxtecan (T-DXd). It is currently unknown if specific monitoring is beneficial in the early detection of ILD in these patients. We describe the efficacy and feasibility of a novel ILD monitoring protocol in breast cancer patients treated with T-DXd at our institution.

Objectives: This study analyzed the differences in the upper airway of patients with skeletal Class III high-angle malocclusion with and without mandibular deviation, and further investigated whether there are differences in the changes in upper airway space after orthognathic surgery between the two groups.
Materials And Methods: 15 patients with skeletal Class III high-angle malocclusion and mandibular deviation, and 15 patients without mandibular deviation were selected to explore the impact of mandibular deviation on the upper airway. Additionally, 16 patients with mandibular deviation undergoing orthodontic-orthognathic combined treatment, and 13 patients without mandibular deviation, were selected to investigate the differences in the changes in upper airway space after orthognathic surgery between the two groups.
Objectives: Combining Computed Tomography (CT) intuitive anatomical features with Three-Dimensional (3D) CT multimodal radiomic imaging features to construct a model for assessing the aggressiveness of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) prior to surgery.
Methods: This study involved 242 patients, randomly assigned to training (170) and validation (72) cohorts. Preoperative CT and 3D CT radiomic features were used to develop a model predicting pNETs aggressiveness.

Background: Pulmonary arterial embolism (PE) is not well characterized in elderly patients. In addition, unnecessary computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) examinations are often performed within this patient group, especially if the pretest probability is low.
Objective: To identify differences in clinical presentation in patients aged ≥80 years compared to patients <80 years and the effect of a BGA-optimized pretest probability to reduce unnecessary CTPAs according to age category.

The superiority of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positron emission tomography (PET) over conventional staging methods such as computed tomography (CT) and bone scintigraphy has now been demonstrated for almost all clinical stages of prostate cancer. In primary diagnostics, PSMA-PET/CT is therefore the new standard for risk-adapted whole-body staging. At the same time, PSMA-PET/CT provides a new risk-based classification for predicting overall survival across all early and late stages of the disease.
