This study demonstrates the power of DNA barcoding to detect overlooked and newly arrived taxa. Sixty-three species of Coleoptera representing 25 families are studied based on DNA barcode data and morphological analysis of the barcoded specimens. Three of the species involve synonymies or previous taxonomic confusion in North America, while the first Canadian records are published for 60 species. Forty-two species are adventive in North America, and 40 of these adventive species originate from the Palaearctic region. Three genera are recorded from the Nearctic region for the first time: Brullé, 1835 (Hydrophilidae), Reitter, 1891 (Staphylinidae), and Bedel, 1897 (Chrysomelidae). Two new synonymies are established: Campbell, 1991 (Staphylinidae) is a junior synonym of Pandellé, 1869, while Fall, 1919 (Staphylinidae) is a junior synonym of (Gravenhorst, 1806), The previously suggested move of (Fall, 1901) to the genus Dolin, 1964 (Elateridae) is formalized, resulting in (Fall, 1901),

Objective: To evaluate the worldwide use of FIGO's two systems for the classification of causes and contributors to nongestational abnormal uterine bleeding in the reproductive years by obstetrics and gynecology professionals worldwide, to identify knowledge gaps, and explore barriers to implementation.

Methods: An electronic survey was developed by members of FIGO's Menstrual Disorders and Related Health Impacts (MDRHI) Committee to assess knowledge of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) and the two FIGO AUB systems among obstetricians and gynecologists. The survey was conducted online from February 28 to June 30, 2023, and comprised demographic questions, educational content inquiries, and a knowledge assessment.

Department of Biomedical and Diagnostic Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA.

Background: Understanding the risk factors of hypertension among women of reproductive age (18-44 years) is important for guiding health programs aimed at reducing the burden of hypertensive disorders in this population. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate predictors of self-reported hypertension among women of reproductive age in North Dakota.

Methods: Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System data for the years 2017, 2019, and 2021 were obtained from North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services.

Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) has emerged as a standard of care across a variety of healthcare settings due to its ability to provide critical clinical information and as well as procedural guidance to clinicians directly at the bedside. Implementation of enterprise imaging (EI) strategies is needed such that POCUS images can be appropriately captured, indexed, managed, stored, distributed, viewed, and analyzed. Because of its unique workflow and educational requirements, reliance on traditional order-based workflow solutions may be insufficient.

Objective: Our study aimed to update demographic profiles of sinonasal adenocarcinoma (SNAC) between 2000 and 2020, identify independent prognostic risk factors, and devise a predictive nomogram for overall survival (OS).

Methods: Utilizing the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, cases of SNAC from 2000 to 2020 were analyzed for incidence trends. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models helped pinpoint factors impacting patient survival.
