Published: April 2020

Cross-linked albumin films, which are non-cell adhesive, were altered to be cell-adhesive by the combination of varied concentrations of fluorescein isothiocyanate and blue light irradiation. In this system, cell patterning was developed with two different cell lines by sequential seeding.: BSA: bovine serum albumin; EGDE: ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether; PBS: Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline.
