This case report describes a 61-year-old male with Sjogren's syndrome. Diffuse Ga-67 uptake in the kidneys was seen due to renal involvement with this disorder. Sjogren's syndrome should be considered in the differential diagnosis of diffuse bilateral Ga-67 accumulation in the kidneys.

Objective: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and Sjögren disease (SjD) are autoimmune diseases with significant female predominance. The prevalence of SLE is increased in Klinefelter syndrome (KS) compared with the general male population. Our study investigates the dose effects of extra X chromosomes on the development of SLE and SjD in KS and triple X syndrome compared with the general population.

Primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune disorder primarily affecting exocrine glands, that may occasionally present with severe extra-glandular manifestations. Although rarely, severe hypokalemia and respiratory muscle paralysis may be initial presentations. We report the case of a 33-year-old woman with a recent history of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) infection who presented with headache and generalized muscle weakness.

Toll-Like Receptors (TLRs) is a pattern recognition receptor that connects innate and adaptive immunity and participates in inflammatory responses play a key role in common autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), psoriasis, and Sjögren's syndrome (SS) by participating in antigen recognition, immune cell activation, and inflammatory factor release. Due to the multi-component and multi-target characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the role of TCM active ingredients acting on TLRs has been widely studied. This article describes the relationship between TLR and four autoimmune diseases, as well as a review of the efficacy of TLR intervention by active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objectives: Limited studies reported the correlation between Sjögren's syndrome (SS) and vitiligo. This study explores the association between SS and the risk of developing vitiligo and assesses comorbidity profiles and medication impacts.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective, population-based analysis using data from Taiwan's National Health Insurance Research Database, spanning 2008 to 2019.

Objectives: The objectives are to evaluate variation in systemic disease activity (European Alliance of Associations For Rheumatology (EULAR) Sjögren's Syndrome Disease Activity Index (ESSDAI)) over time at group and individual patient level and to assess associations of ESSDAI low disease activity (LDA) with other outcome measures in a standard-of-care cohort of patients with Sjögren's disease (SjD).
Methods: Patients with SjD participating in a prospective longitudinal study (REgistry of Sjögren Syndrome LongiTudinal cohort) fulfilling the 2016 American College of Rheumatology/EULAR classification criteria with ≥2 years of follow-up were included. ESSDAI was assessed at least yearly, up to 5 years.
