Objective: Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, including chat generative pretrained transformer (ChatGPT) and Google Gemini, have significantly increased access to medical information. However, in pediatric orthopaedics, no study has evaluated the accuracy of AI chatbots compared with evidence-based recommendations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons clinical practice guidelines (AAOS CPGs). The aims of this study were to compare responses by ChatGPT-4.

Purpose: To identify arthroscopic rotator cuff repair study groups and evaluate if study design or other study characteristics correlate with a repeat ipsilateral shoulder surgery.
Methods: A systematic search of the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases was conducted on March 20, 2021, and April 2, 2021. The following search terms were used by 2 different researchers: ((Rotator cuff repair[Title/Abstract]) AND (Revision[Title/Abstract]) NOT (Systematic Review[Title/Abstract]) NOT (arthroplasty[Title/Abstract]).

Background: Early-term complications may not predict long-term success after adult cervical deformity (ACD) correction.
Objective: Evaluate whether optimal realignment results in similar rates of perioperative complications but achieves longer-term cost-utility.
Study Design: Retrospective cohort study.

Introduction: Historically, cementless patellar implants were fraught with issues of fixation and polyethylene wear. However, contemporary cementless patellar implants incorporate modern technologies for implant design and offer the potential for improved biological fixation and longevity. As such, an evaluation of the performance of modern cementless patellae is needed.

Aims: Around the world, the emergence of robotic technology has improved surgical precision and accuracy in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This territory-wide study compares the results of various robotic TKA (R-TKA) systems with those of conventional TKA (C-TKA) and computer-navigated TKA (N-TKA).
Methods: This is a retrospective study utilizing territory-wide data from the Clinical Data Analysis and Reporting System (CDARS).
