Reward sensitivity has a partial genetic background, and extreme levels may increase vulnerability to psychopathology. This study explores the genetic factor structure underlying reward-related traits and examines how genetic variance links to psychopathology. We modeled GWAS data from ten reward-related traits: risk tolerance (N = 975,353), extraversion (N = 122,886), sensation seeking (N = 132,395), (lack of) premeditation (N = 132,667), (lack of) perseverance (N = 133,517), positive urgency (N = 132,132), negative urgency (N = 132,559), attentional impulsivity (N = 124,739), motor impulsivity (N = 124,104), and nonplanning impulsivity (N = 123,509) to derive their genetic factor structure.

Adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART) is crucial for achieving and maintaining viral suppression in people living with HIV (PLWH). While individual factors affecting HIV viral suppression have been extensively studied, there is less attention on community-level factors, specifically perceived neighborhood disorder. This study aims to assess the relationship between perceived neighborhood disorder and achieving virologic suppression among people living with HIV.

Team resilience at work (TR@W) is an important resource for bouncing beyond adverse situations. Adopting a health-promoting salutogenic approach, this cross-sectional study explores whether oncology team resilience, which is significantly associated with work-related sense of coherence (Work-SoC), and examines the roles of team member characteristics, quality of work life, and perceived impact of COVID-19. Team members ( = 189) from four oncology settings in Québec (Canada) completed self-administered e-questionnaires.

Background: Community health workers (CHWs) played an essential part in providing health services to the communities they served prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they had some positive impact on community/household health service promotion and delivery. Nonetheless, restricted movement and social isolation made it challenging for community members to access CHW services, which are normally provided in person. We explore community health workers' opinions on the impact of COVID-19 on their responsibilities, clients, and communities in South Africa's Eastern Cape.
