Vaginal dilation is first line therapy for vaginal agenesis. No major urologic complications have even been described. We present the management and successful outcome of immediate repair for urethral trauma in a patient with history of congenital anomalies managed with vaginal dilation. Proper exposure is difficult, but urologic repair can be achieved with or without concomitant vaginal repair.

Objective: Primary endometrial squamous cell carcinoma (PESCC) is an extremely rare type of endometrial cancer with limited research and understanding. This report presents a case of PESCC and reviews 37 cases from 1997.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the outcomes of robotic peritoneal flap vaginoplasty.
Background: There is a lack of long-term outcomes data for gender-affirming vaginoplasty to inform patient decision-making.

The systematic review synthesized the current scientific evidence on the recommendations for pelvic rehabilitation in the management of sexual dysfunctions secondary to gynecological cancer. Twelve literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses were included, evaluating the methodological quality using the Joanna Briggs Institute Risk of Bias Assessment tool. The results highlight the efficacy of pelvic floor exercises, alone or with biofeedback, and education and information provided to patients, with a high degree of recommendation.
