The association of a meningioma and intratumoral aneurysm is extremely rare. The coexistence of both lesions may cause difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. We present the case of a 65 y.o. woman with a left temporal meningioma and an intralesional ruptured aneurysm of a terminal branch of the middle cerebral artery whose parental vessel fed the tumor. The tumor and the embedded aneurysm were removed safely with improvement of her symptoms.

Managing an adult patient with aortic coarctation and associated anomalies presents a significant surgical challenge. We present a case of an adult male with aortic coarctation, pre-coarctation distal arch 7-cm aneurysm involving the origin of the left subclavian artery, and aberrant (lusoria) right subclavian artery. He was managed with one surgical approach, consisting of right carotid-subclavian bypass, exclusion of the right subclavian artery, proximal descending aortic replacement and reinsertion of left subclavian artery, using partial cardiopulmonary bypass.

Background: Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is characterized by intense central inflammation, leading to substantial post-hemorrhagic complications such as vasospasm and delayed cerebral ischemia. Given the anti-inflammatory effect of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) and its ability to promote brain plasticity, taVNS has emerged as a promising therapeutic option for SAH patients. However, the effects of taVNS on cardiovascular dynamics in critically ill patients, like those with SAH, have not yet been investigated.

Background: To explore the correlation between the topography of EPVS and cognitive impairment after aSAH.
Method: Patients clinically diagnosed as aSAH by DSA and CT; Head magnetic resonance imaging was performed between 1 week and 1 month after onset, combined with clinical and neuroimaging variables to assess the incidence of hydrocephalus and delayed cerebral ischemia after aneurystic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Follow-up was performed at 3 months, and the patients' prognosis and cognitive function were evaluated by mRS and the Montreal Cognitive Assesement (MoCA), respectively.

A ruptured popliteal artery aneurysm (PPA) is a life-threatening condition that can mimic deep vein thrombosis and lead to critical limb ischemia. Immediate and accurate diagnosis is essential to save the patient's life and limb. A 73-year-old male presented with acute pain in the posterior aspect of the right knee.
