Condylomata lata are flat-topped, moist papules or plaques usually found in the anogenital area as cutaneous manifestations of secondary syphilis. Here, we present a unique case of a solitary interdigital condyloma latum of secondary syphilis in a 16-year-old female sex worker without other cutaneous findings. Sexual contact history, histopathology, including direct detection of , and serological tests were essential for the diagnosis of this case.

Generally, diabetes is considered the most common cause of Charcot arthropathy. Background: Condylomata lata of the toe webs are uncommon manifestations of secondary syphilis. Considering the recent decline in the incidence of syphilis in the United States, such lesions are likely to present infrequently. In some cases, this phenomenon may be the only physical sign of syphilis; therefore, it is important that a high index of suspicion is maintained when evaluating toe web lesions in patients at epidemiologic risk for syphilis.
