A revision of all Oriental species of subgenus Patrisaspilota Fischer, 1995 of the genus Orthostigma Ratzeburg, 1844 is provided and a new species from Papua New Guinea, Orthostigma (Patrisaspilota) enduwaense sp. nov., is described and illustrated. The species name Patrisaspilota memorandum Fischer, 1995 is synonymized with Orthostigma multicarinatum Tobias, 1990. A comprehensive key to the World Patrisaspilota species is presented and all known species are re-described and illustrated.

Background: This study aims to examine the temporal changes in the incidence, prevalence, and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) of depressive disorders as well as its association with age, period, and birth cohort among Chinese from 1990 to 2021, and forecast the future trends of incidence rates and numbers from 2022 to 2030.
Methods: Data for analysis were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2021. Joinpoint analysis was used to calculate the annual percentage change (APC) and average annual percent change (AAPC) to describe the rates of depressive disorders.

We investigated the prevalence and patterns of multimorbidity using both the current (140/90 mmHg) and intensive (130/80 mmHg) hypertension criteria within a multi-ethnic Chinese population.
Methods: Data were obtained from the baseline survey of the Regional Ethnic Cohort Study in Northwest China, conducted from June 2018 to May 2019, which enrolled adults aged 35-74 years from five provinces.
