Background/objectives: Eosinophilic Fasciitis (EF) is a rare connective tissue disorder characterized by skin thickening. Few studies explored its characteristics and factors associated with treatment response.
Methods: PubMed, CENTRAL, Web of Sciences, and Scopus databases were searched in July 2023 to identify all published case reports of EF without restrictions on publication year or language.

Thyroid cancer remains one of the leading endocrine malignancies with Conventional Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (CVPTC) being the most commonly reported cancer. Caseating granulomatous inflammation is an unusual presentation in the thyroid even in places with high incidence of tuberculosis. The association of CVPTC with caseating granulomatous inflammation is infrequent.

A 66-year-old man presented with dysphagia and a cervical mass. Initial imaging showed an enlarged left cervical lymph node but no intra-abdominal metastasis. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and histopathologic evaluation of the primary lesion and cervical lymph node led to the diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) with cervical lymph node metastasis.

Although typically presenting with nodal disease, extranodal manifestations are not uncommon. NHL involving Waldeyer's ring is considered rare, with the palatine tonsils being the most frequently affected location.
