Importance: Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) is an uncommon but severe hyperinflammatory illness that occurs 2 to 6 weeks after SARS-CoV-2 infection. Presentation overlaps with other conditions, and risk factors for severity differ by patient. Characterizing patterns of MIS-C presentation can guide efforts to reduce misclassification, categorize phenotypes, and identify patients at risk for severe outcomes.

Importance: Climate change can adversely affect mental health, but the association of ambient temperature with psychiatric symptoms remains poorly understood.
Objective: To assess the association of ambient temperature exposure with internalizing, externalizing, and attention problems in adolescents from 2 population-based birth cohorts in Europe.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This cohort study analyzed data from the Dutch Generation R Study and the Spanish INMA (Infancia y Medio Ambiente) Project.
The American Journal of Occupational Therapy (AJOT) is the official journal of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). The primary mission of AJOT is to publish peer-reviewed research examining the effectiveness and efficacy of occupational therapy practice so that occupational therapy professionals can make informed, evidence-based decisions about best practice. In addition, the journal aims to publish (1) research documenting the reliability and validity of occupational therapy instruments; (2) studies demonstrating a relationship between occupational engagement and the facilitation of community participation and health; and (3) articles that provide a forum for scholars to debate professional issues that affect education, practice, and research.

Methodology: A cross sectional web based survey using 33 item pre-tested self administered questionnaire was conducted. A total of 250 valid responses were received and were available for analysis.

Objectives: To explore the significance of diminished CD3/CD8 and CD3/CDR45RO immunoscores, as well as elevated FOXP3 expression, as potential risk factors for unfavorable responses to neoadjuvant chemotherapy among patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Methods: A case-control study was conducted across two hospitals (a public and a private facility) from August 1st, 2021, to August 31st, 2022. The study population comprised patients diagnosed with the TNBC subtype, with available paraffin blocks from biopsy procedures.
