Unlabelled: Alveolar-pleural fistulas (APF) are a clinical entity that represents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge.
Objective: The objective of this work is to design a diagnostic algorithm for the anatomical detection of APF in patients who are not candidates for surgical treatment.
Method: Prospective non-randomized study of 47 patients.

Purpose: Preoperative evaluation of pulmonary vascular and tracheal routes and variations is of great importance to the surgeon. Three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3D-CTBA) has evolved in recent years with the optimization of 3D reconstruction techniques and artificial intelligence. We aim to apply CT angiography and Exoview 3D reconstruction technology to assess patients' pulmonary arterial tree and its anatomical variants and to try to summarize a set of anatomical typing of the pulmonary arterial tree that is relatively easy and conducive to promoting teaching based on surgical habits of lobectomy.

Background: Current studies suggest that for early-stage lung cancers with a component of ground-glass opacity measuring ≤2 cm, sublobar resection is suitable if it ensures adequate margins. However, lobectomy may be necessary for some cases to achieve this. The aim of this study was to explore the impact of size and depth on surgical techniques for wedge resection, segmentectomy, and lobectomy in early-stage lung cancer ≤2 cm, and to determine methods for ensuring a safe resection margin during sublobar resections.

From the Departments of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
Objectives: The present study aims to explore the application value of the air bronchogram (AB) sign and other computed tomography (CT) signs in the early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
Method: The pathological information and CT images of 130 patients diagnosed with N 0 and M 0 solitary pulmonary nodules (diameter ≤3 cm) and treated with surgical resection in our hospital between June 2021 and June 2022 were analyzed.
Results: The patients were divided into the benign pulmonary nodule (BPN) group (14 cases), the AIS group (30 cases), the MIA group (10 cases), and the IAC group (76 cases).
