In 2016, was described as a bacterial isolate from paper mill wastewater. Previously, no whole-genome sequence was available for this microorganism. Whole-genome sequencing of strain P8956 yielded a 3,295,388-bp genome with a 30.7% G+C content, 2,917 protein-coding genes, and 95 predicted RNA genes.

In recent years, there has been a global threat from emerging vector-borne diseases (VBD), despite the implementation of several vector control programs. Considering the benefits of bacterial pesticides, the present study aimed to isolate potential mosquitocidal bacteria from the various soil types collected from the Kasaragod (12.5°N, 75.

Gut mucosal immunity of teleost is mainly governed by mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues (MALT) and indigenous microbiota on mucosal surfaces of gut tract, which can confer protection against pathogenic invasion. However, the probiotic features of bacterial isolates from gut tract of triploid cyprinid fish (TCF) were largely unclear. In this study, Lysinibacillus and Enterobacter strains were isolated for probiotic identification.

Background: Preimplantation embryos in vivo are exposed to various growth factors in the female reproductive tract that are absent in in vitro embryo culture media. Cell-free fat extract exerts antioxidant, anti-ageing, and ovarian function-promoting effects. However, its effects on embryo quality are yet to be investigated.

Objectives: The data were collected to obtain the complete genome sequence of Pseudarthrobacter sp. NIBRBAC000502770, isolated from the rhizosphere of Sasamorpha in a heavy metal-contaminated coal mine in Hongcheon, Republic of Korea. The objective was to explore the strain's genetic potential for plant growth promotion and heavy metal resistance, particularly arsenate and copper.
