Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of crucial parameters of echocardiography for fetal bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) and improve diagnostic accuracy.
Methods: Fetuses with a prenatal suspected diagnosis of BAV were followed, and confirmed and misdiagnosed cases were obtained. Prenatal echocardiography was reviewed and analyzed.

We report a 75-year-old female with a history of two heart operations: aortic valve replacement (St. Jude Medical 21 mm) at the age of 44 years for severe rheumatic aortic stenosis and mitral valve replacement (Carbomedics 29 mm) at the age of 51 years for rheumatic mitral regurgitation. Decades later, she presented with exertional dyspnea.

She was discovered hunched over a table in her room, displaying reduced responsiveness and prompting an emergency call. Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is the focal dilation of the terminal aorta, which can lead to rupture if left untreated. Traditional endovascular aneurysm repair techniques are minimally invasive and pose low mortality rates compared with open surgical repair; however, endovascular aneurysm repair procedures face challenges in accommodating variations in the patient's anatomy. Complex aneurysms are defined when the sac extends past the renal arteries or has an insufficient neck landing zone to deploy a traditional endograft.
